We had to push in quick connect at heat pump wasn't working breaker wasn't in. Overall the process was good with a result that makes me and my family happy to be here. Most trades were really good at what they did but there were several trades that didn’t do a very good job. While these issues were resolved it did cause delays. For what you are paying for it’s so not worth it. Now we are having issues after only living here a month and nothing is covered under warranty so they say. No one has the same answers to our questions. I would never recommend to anyone to use this company. I feel bad because the construction manager did his best but a lot of issues came across that needed done that were not done even after closing.

Not to mention the company didn’t use the marking pins and shifted our house 3 feet forward from dug location. The walls were poured higher in areas requiring some to be cut out and others to be “framed” around to hide it. They would work for a day then be gone for 3 weeks. Windows aswell as doors dirty and didn't clean. We closed walked out of house and pullling up to take dumpster. I told them please let me clean up aroubd the house.

A time that was supposed to be enjoyable to build a home for my family was more of a nightmare. Upper management needs a complete overhaul and the CM’s need manageable number of jobs so they can keep up on all the mistakes. Hopefully these reviews are taken serious so future customers don’t have the headaches I had.
